I've had a lot of bother getting this published, but at last, Blood and Smoke Episode 2 is now live in The Vault of Bennett feed at Podbean. My regular feed still hasn't freed up the space for me, so it won't go live in that until ... I don't know how long. I hate them, but I can't delete the account because I want to keep my iTunes reviews. Anyway, the episode is here: http://mikebennettauthor.podbean.com
and the itunes feed is: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/the-vault-of-bennett/id634528272 though it won't be live in iTunes until they pick it up, which takes a totally random amount of time.
